Geoffrey Sserunkuuma shines at the Uganda Premier League Awards.

Geoffrey Sserunkuuma will live to remember 2017 as one of the best year in his footballing career. The striker who came out of retirement to not only helped his club KCCA to lift a double (Azam Premier League and Uganda Cup) but also finished at the top of the scoring table for the league. Just days after completing his transfer move to Zambian side Buildcon, the striker swept the league awards that were held on Wednesday this week at Imperial Royale Hotel in Kampala. Sserunkuuma walked away with a Subaru Forester and 2 million Uganda Shillings after winning the MVP of the season. He also went ahead to win the Top scorer and fans’ player of the season.
